Wika's Dilema
Not good at pushing your self…plus Karma
This story happens to my friend, Wika, who was well prepared for spending her time going to Dunia Fantasi with some of her buddies from her Communication Community. Actually she went doubtful really for this matter. So many times did she question lots of her boarding mates including me for making her decision more certain of going there. And her face really showed her deepest doubt of doing it however some back grounding reasons appeared such as her uncomforted feeling if not joining with her friends after such a promise and again…it was such a long time plan to come true. But remembering some upcoming factors blasting to the surface such as the lack of cash (that is a very urgent case for traveling everywhere), time limitation, the being worried feeling if being caught by her father, some of her friends reminded her of delaying it until the situation got much better.
Despite all statements worrying this of her situation, she kept on her previous plan..
DUFAN here I came…!
(when all friends of her were only able to sigh rather heavily…)
Generally this question of mine may disturb your mind a little. Is that a very wise thing when sometimes you ignore the things seeming unsuitable then just being stuck up to your first careful plan or will you that attentively care for what other overviews say about you later on?
Occasionally what your heart persistently comes to mind will be the greatest hint for those who are very puzzled with what to do..
Yet it can be a pathetic boomerang knowing that it wouldn’t be so nice as what you have predicted in mind.
Wika still came up with such a story. ‘can you imagine if only my father knew I was in Jakarta without his acknowledgement?’. Pity from us to know that along her Dufan trip, she happened to meet her younger sister and her aunt who questioned her bulky. And certainly she must respond as honestly as she could.
She said to both of them that the trip to Dufan had made her into some popping up problems accidentally, such as her late coming to the travel car, a never stopping rain, a fussing appointment to determine where to meet each other, a late coming to Dufan (of course), an invalid time period of the card using for a Dufan Discount (so she must pay full for the fun there), flood was everywhere in Jakarta, the most stupid fare for the public rider because she was mistaken to take out her money..(Maybe classified as the most expensive fare for the public rider in spending a few miles of street)
Then her sister was only commenting this as….
‘That’s what Karma means, Sis….Karma comes because you never see what other suggestion told you. And karma because our parents know nothing for what you have been doing in Jakarta..’
Wika just felt as if the judging day had come at that time. Deeply in her heart she thought that it was right yet she must be able to pass those obstacles up from mind.
But sometimes unfortunate things may result lots of blessed fortunes. In wika’s case at least she could sigh a relief when her aunt gave her some pocket money to return back to Bandung.
And there she went home happily ever despite her late arrival to Bandung finally.
